Terms and Conditions of Jurajskie Jurty in Golczowice

  1. Every reservation requires confirmation. The Centre reserves the right to set a specific minimum number of rental nights depending on the season. The minimum length of stay is 2 nights.
  2. The hotel day (check-in/check-out period) begins on the day of arrival at 15:00 and ends on the day of departure at 11:00.
  3. Upon arrival at the Centre you must present a valid identity document (identity card) to the Centre’s administrator for completion of the formalities related to your stay.
  4. Use of services on the premises of the Centre is authorized by a prior reservation with a deposit paid to confirm it, in accordance with the agreed reservation terms, and by settling the balance between the deposit and the stay within a time agreed with the person making the reservation.
  5. Any defects or faults discovered during use of the yurts/cottages must be reported immediately to the Centre’s staff.
  6. Guests are fully financially liable for any damage to the equipment of the yurts/cottages.
  7. Damages resulting from improper use of the rented premises caused by guests will be settled on site (i.e., during the stay) according to amounts determined by the Centre’s staff, which shall be sufficient to cover operating costs, repair of the damage or replacement of a lost item. By making a reservation the purchaser agrees to pay the full price of the stay plus a refundable security deposit of PLN 600. This amount serves as security for any damage caused by Guests during the stay. The Centre undertakes to return the deposit within 7 working days to the booking party’s bank account, for the portion not used to cover any damage to the cottage and its equipment that occurred during the stay. If the deposit does not cover the damage, the person using the facility undertakes to cover the full cost of remedying the damage.
  8. The Centre is not liable for valuables or cash left in rooms if the doors or windows of the yurts/cottages are left open during the guests’ absence. The Centre is not responsible for the safety of children or minors on the premises. Use of the playground is permitted only for children under adult supervision.
  9. It is forbidden to disturb the peace on the premises, e.g., by playing or reproducing loud music without the consent of the owner of the facility, as well as any other behaviour that disturbs the peaceful stay of other Guests or behaviour commonly considered indecent.
  10. To stay at the Centre with a dog, this must be reported at the time of reservation.
  11. Entry and parking are allowed only in areas designated for that purpose and indicated by the Centre’s staff. The parking area is unguarded, and the Centre is not responsible for vehicles parked on its premises nor for any damage caused by third parties or force majeure (e.g., wind, storm, water, fire, electricity, etc.).
  12. Parking is free only for the Centre’s clients during their stay.
  13. The Centre is not responsible for possible interruptions in the supply of utilities, including electricity and water, which arise for reasons beyond its control.
  14. The following are prohibited: use of your own electrical appliances and gas cylinders in the rooms, lighting fires outside designated areas, and the use of pyrotechnics, firecrackers, etc.
  15. Smoking tobacco is prohibited inside the buildings.
  16. The price of the stay includes the local tax remitted to the Municipality.
  17. The Renter is liable for any damage caused by animals. The owner of the animal is obliged to clean up any excrement left by a dog on the Centre’s premises.
  18. If a greater number of persons arrive than declared at the time of reservation, the Centre reserves the right to charge the Client additional fees or to withdraw from the contract.
  19. Waste must be sorted on the premises according to the instructions posted at the bins.
  20. Persons from outside the facility may not be on the premises without the consent of the staff. If a Guest obtains such consent, the stay of outside visitors is allowed only until 21:00.
  21. The price includes tax. Issuance of a VAT invoice to a company is conditional on providing a VAT identification number (NIP) at the time of reservation. Otherwise, issuance of a VAT invoice to a company will not be possible.
  22. Barbecues may be lit only in designated barbecue areas. Lighting a grill on terraces is strictly prohibited.
  23. Each time you leave a yurt, please check that doors and windows are closed.

Supervision of compliance with these Terms and Conditions is exercised by the Centre’s staff. Guests who do not comply with the rules set out in the Terms and Conditions may be asked by staff to comply. In case of refusal or continued breach of the Terms and Conditions, Guests may be checked out from the facility. In such a case Guests are not entitled to request a refund for unused accommodation.

Project co-financed by KPO funds

The company is implementing a project titled “Development of a tourist service base on the Biała Przemsza River at the company Małgorzata Kurkowska to increase the competitiveness and resilience of its operations,” under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, contract number: KPOD.01.03-IW.01-7025/24-00. The project is financed in the amount of 463,807.89 PLN from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and the European Union. The total cost of the undertaking is 722,131.25 PLN. The goal of the planned activities is to introduce an innovative service at the enterprise level — “Glamping with alpacas,” offering accommodation in eco-yurts.

Project outcomes: acquiring a new group of potential customers — tourists interested in an alternative form of leisure, namely a cozy and distinctive eco-yurt, as well as increasing the stability of current employment. The accommodation is accessible to people with special needs.
