Consent for the purpose of sending the requested commercial information

I, the undersigned, voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data by the company Przedsiębiorstwo Małgorzata Kurkowska with its registered office in Kwaśniów Górny (32-310 Kwaśniów Górny, ul. Polna 33), Tax ID (NIP): 6371771634, for the purpose of sending me commercial information concerning the services offered by Przedsiębiorstwo Małgorzata Kurkowska (in particular: offers regarding the booking of tourist yurts and related tourist attractions).

  2. Scope of data: first and last name (if provided), e-mail address, phone number (if provided), and other data voluntarily submitted in the contact form.
  3. Purpose of processing: sending commercial information (offers, marketing materials) to my e-mail address / phone number.
  4. Legal basis: voluntary consent of the data subject.
  5. Retention period: data will be stored until withdrawal of consent or for no longer than is necessary to perform the service/launch the marketing campaign, subject to retention obligations arising from law (e.g. accounting).
  6. Right to withdraw consent: I may withdraw my consent at any time by sending a message to kontakt@jurajskiejurty.pl or by clicking the unsubscribe link in an e-mail I receive. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
  7. Rights of the data subject: the right of access to data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection (e.g. to marketing), and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
  8. Data recipients: data may be disclosed to providers of technical and marketing services (mailing service providers, CRM platform, analytics tool provider) based on data processing agreements.

Project co-financed by KPO funds

The company is implementing a project titled “Development of a tourist service base on the Biała Przemsza River at the company Małgorzata Kurkowska to increase the competitiveness and resilience of its operations,” under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, contract number: KPOD.01.03-IW.01-7025/24-00. The project is financed in the amount of 463,807.89 PLN from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and the European Union. The total cost of the undertaking is 722,131.25 PLN. The goal of the planned activities is to introduce an innovative service at the enterprise level — “Glamping with alpacas,” offering accommodation in eco-yurts.

Project outcomes: acquiring a new group of potential customers — tourists interested in an alternative form of leisure, namely a cozy and distinctive eco-yurt, as well as increasing the stability of current employment. The accommodation is accessible to people with special needs.
